You must pick up your event package before you begin your ride, this package will have a bike plate # and a matching wrist band for bike security along with your event shirt.

EVENT PACKAGE PICK UP

Sunday, September 10

Event Parking Area Coldstream Station

Time 8:00-9:00am

Participants will begin their ride between 9:00 am - 9:30am, please check in at the event tent so we account for all participants on route. We will record your bike plate (provided at package pick up) at the start and finish of your ride.

Check in and start (no mass start)  9:00 -9:30 am at the Okanagan Rail Trail KM 0 Official Trail Head.

When you finish, you will ride back to Alexanders Beach Pub for the finish celebration which is the BBQ, Drinks and Live Music. Bike Parking and Bike Security will be provided. The Finish Celebration will be from 12:00 - 3:00pm. 😊
